As mature owner operators with a wealth of experience, we know that tasty, good food features very highly on a skiing holiday and we pride ourselves in preparing and cooking a wide selection of menus originating from a global repertoire of tasty meals that will appeal to all palates. Tracy, who is one half of Chillout Mountain, is the chef and will always accommodate all your dietary requirements. Menus are prepared in advance but can also be discussed before arrival so that any likes and dislikes are highlighted. Everything is cooked from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. All wines are personally selected by us from international wine merchants and vary each day to compliment the food. Guests are welcome to choose their preferred option.

Cooking for all 7 nights of your stay may not be appealing, especially when you have been on the slopes all day so why not have a chef treat you to a home-cooked meal for a night or even two? We can put you in touch with a highly recommended freelance independent chef to come in cook a 3 or 4 course meal in situ or alternativley they can prepare a ready made meal just waiting for you to slam in the oven.
